Work through a toolkit together, on your team's own work.

For founders, COOs, marketing leads and freelance teams. Each toolkit is a guide and four worksheets for one area of how a business runs, and a team can give everyone their own copy, work through one together in a private session on its own work, or both.

What the team gets

Everything the team takes away.

The toolkit, for each person who needs it

Each person has their own permanent access to the guide and its four worksheets, in their own account, and anyone who already owns a toolkit is never charged for it again.

A session on your team's real work

The session is led live, online or at your place of work, and it works on something the team is dealing with now: a decision in the balance, a launch, a process that keeps being rebuilt, an offer that needs pricing.

Something finished when it ends

Every session closes with a finished piece of work the team keeps using. The next section names what each toolkit's session produces.

One way of working across the team

The worksheets give everyone the same place to record decisions, audience signals, processes and pricing, so the thinking is shared across the team.

As many sessions as the team needs

Take a different toolkit next time, bring new people through the same one, or work through all four in a day.

Ways to start

Toolkits, sessions, or both.

Each part is chosen and priced on its own, so a team takes only what it needs.

The toolkits, without a session

Each person's access costs what it costs one person buying it: £497 a toolkit, or £1,988 for the Operator Bundle. Every toolkit the team already owns counts towards the Bundle, and the proposal lists each person's access, so the team sees the whole cost before anything is paid.

A session, with the toolkits

A private session online or at your place of work, and each person's access to the toolkit it works on. The proposal shows the session and the access as separate lines, so the team can see what each part costs.

A session on its own

For a team that already has the toolkits and wants to work through one together, on its own work.

Ongoing sessions

Further sessions on the next toolkit, new people brought through the same one, or a regular series that keeps the work moving.

A whole organisation

Several teams or departments, scoped together in one proposal.

What the toolkits do

Four areas of how a business runs.

Each session works through one of them on your own work, and finishes with the output named below.

Decision Clarity

Captures the context, criteria and reasoning behind the team's decisions, so they get made, stay made, and can be reviewed later. The Decision Log records each decision and why; Current State Documents keep each project legible on one page; Signal Capture keeps the signals that should inform the next choice; a weekly review catches drift early. The Decision Room finishes with one live decision captured with its context, criteria and next step.

Demand Discovery

Reads what your audience is already asking for, in the places they already talk, and captures it in their own words, so what the team makes and publishes is built from demand it has heard. The Demand Discovery Lab finishes with a demand board: the audience's own phrases, the questions they repeat, and what is still assumption.

Repeatable Operations

Writes recurring work down once, plainly enough to hand over, with simple quality checks and the few measures that show it is working, so the work is done to the same standard whoever does it. Capture What Works finishes with one recurring workflow captured well enough for the team to reuse.

Revenue Clarity

Reads how ready each buyer is, makes the value of an offer visible, and sets the price from the change it creates, so proposals and sales conversations confirm the value. Make the Value Visible finishes with a clearer value statement for one offer, service or proposal.

All four: the Team Clarity Day

The four toolkits in the order they feed one another. The day finishes with one clarified decision, one demand board, one captured process, one value statement, and a team operating map.

Before a team decides

What a team should see first.

How the team's operating patterns show up

A Team Clarity Day opens with a pattern review drawn from the Operator Clarity Diagnostic. It places the team's work across four operating patterns: the Context Carrier (the decisions and reasoning held by a few people), the Demand Translator (turning what the audience says into what gets made), the Flow Architect (how recurring work moves between people) and the Value Calibrator (how the work is priced and explained).

Where the load sits tells the team which toolkit to start with. The review describes how the work is carried, so the conversation stays on how the team actually works.

How the worksheets help a team think together

Each worksheet is one shared place for one kind of thinking. The Decision Log holds why a choice was made; the Signal Extraction Worksheet holds what the audience actually said; the SOP Structure holds how a task is done; the Value-Based Pricing Calculator holds what an offer is worth.

When the team works in the same sheet, a discussion ends somewhere everyone can see and come back to. The next person picks up the reasoning from the page, and a settled question can be looked up rather than argued again.

How the Bundle applies to real business friction

The four areas meet in day-to-day work. Clearer decisions shape what the team listens for; what the audience says shapes which work is worth making repeatable; repeatable work frees the time to price and sell well; and a clearer view of value shows which decision needs making next.

The Bundle works across that loop, which is why the Team Clarity Day takes the four in order and finishes with a team operating map: where each area stands, and what the team does next.

How it fits inside a normal working day

The worksheets are used alongside the work as it happens: a decision logged when it is made, a process written while it is being done, an audience question captured when it is heard, an offer priced while it is being put together.

The method keeps only what is worth keeping, such as the decisions that would cost the most to make twice. The team carries on working the way it does now, with the reasoning landing somewhere shared.

Questions

Before you enquire.

Who comes to a session?

Anyone on the team who works on what the toolkit covers: founders, COOs and operations leads, team leads, marketing and social media leads, sales and delivery teams, HR, developers, or a freelance team working together.

What does each person keep?

Their own permanent access to every toolkit bought for them, tied to their email address, including every update.

Do we have to book a session to get the toolkits?

No. A team can buy access for each person on its own, book a session on its own, or do both. Each is priced separately, so the team pays only for what it chooses.

Can we book more than one session?

Yes, as many as the team needs: a different toolkit each time, the same one again with new people, or the full day.

How is a session priced?

Each session is scoped to the team: the toolkit, who is in it, and whether it runs online or in person. Send an enquiry, and the proposal that comes back sets out the session and each person's toolkit access as separate lines.

Can someone buy a toolkit on their own?

Yes. Each toolkit, and the Operator Bundle, can be bought on its own from the toolkit pages.
