The complete operating picture.
All four toolkits as one set, with a roadmap for working through them: decisions first, then demand, then the work that repeats, then the value you can show, each one feeding the next.
Four areas that keep running into each other.
In day-to-day work the four areas never stay in their lanes. A decision nobody can find the reasoning for gets argued again in the content meeting. Content built on a guess leaves no clear signal about which work is worth repeating. Work rebuilt from memory every time leaves no room to price it properly, and a price nobody can explain sends everyone back to the decision.
The Operator Bundle takes them in the order they feed each other, so what you build in one stage is what the next one works from. Each toolkit still stands on its own, with its own guide and four worksheets; the roadmap is what joins them up.
Four stages, in the order they feed each other.
Each stage ends with something real on the page, so the next one has something to build on.
Hold the decisions.
Start a Decision Log and a Current State Document for the work in front of you, so every later stage has a record of what was decided and why.
You come away with a log of live decisions with their reasoning, and each active project on one page.
Hear the demand.
Listen where your audience already talks and capture their own words in the Signal Extraction Worksheet, then build and place one piece from what you heard.
You come away with a page of real audience quotes, with where each was found, and a piece built from them.
Write down what works.
Take the work that keeps coming back and write it down once in the SOP Structure, with a quality gate before it goes out and a few honest measures of whether it holds.
You come away with a written process someone else can follow, and the first step worth handing to a tool.
Make the value visible.
Map how ready your buyers are, price the change the work creates with the Value-Based Pricing Calculator, and prepare the sales conversation and its objections.
You come away with a priced offer you can explain, and answers to the objections you actually hear.
Then the loop starts again. A clearer view of value shows which decision needs making next, and the Decision Log picks up where Revenue Clarity leaves off.

All four, with the roadmap to follow.
Four guides and sixteen worksheets, delivered together into one account, with the roadmap above for working through them in order. Every toolkit you already own comes off the price, so the set never costs more than its four parts.
Picture a Monday with all four in place. You sit down knowing what was decided last week, and why. What your audience asked for is on one page, so you know what to make next. The work that keeps coming back gets done without you in the room. When someone asks your price, you say it without bracing for the reply. Which of those would you feel first?
Buying for a team? The Bundle for each person, a Team Clarity Day on all four, or both →
Answers before you decide.
What if I already own one of the toolkits?
Each toolkit you own takes £497 off the Bundle. Sign in before you buy and the price at checkout already reflects it: £1,491 with one, £994 with two, and £497 with three, so every route to the full set costs the same.
Do I have to follow the order?
No. Each toolkit stands on its own, so you can start wherever the work is heaviest. The roadmap is the order in which each stage feeds the next, and it is there when you want it.
What exactly do I receive?
All four guides (PDF) and all sixteen worksheets, in your account the moment payment clears, with permanent access and every future update.
What if something isn't right?
You get complete, immediate access to the unlocked files, so all sales are final once you have them. If anything is faulty or not as described, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 still apply: we fix or replace it, or refund you where we can't. Beyond that, any genuine request is considered in good faith, as the Refund Policy sets out.
Can I buy it for my team?
Yes. A team can buy the Bundle for each person, book a Team Clarity Day that works through all four together, or both. The For Teams page sets out the options.
