Privacy Policy
Effective date: 13 October 2026
Prospernet Solutions Limited ("we", "our" or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information in connection with our website, mailing list and digital products.
1. Information we collect
When you join our mailing list, we collect:
- Your first and last name
- Your email address
- Basic information about how you reached our sign-up form, such as the referring site or campaign link, so we understand where our audience comes from
When you ask for our free SOP template, we collect:
- Your email address
- The link or campaign that brought you to the sign-up page
- The sign-up wording you agreed to, and when you agreed to it, so we can show your consent if asked
- Whether you downloaded the template, and how you answered the offers shown after sign-up, so the emails that follow suit what you already have
To keep automated sign-ups out, the form is checked by Cloudflare Turnstile, and a one-way scrambled form of your IP address is kept for one hour to limit repeated attempts. It cannot be turned back into the address, and it is deleted after the hour. How Turnstile handles the information it checks is set out in Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
When you purchase a product, we also collect:
- Your name and email address
- Purchase information through Stripe. We do not access or store your card details.
If you give feedback on a toolkit through your account, we keep your answers, the toolkits you own, and whether you agreed to be contacted about them.
2. How we use your information
If you join the mailing list, we use your details to:
- Tell you when products and the wider site become available
- Send occasional updates and practical material related to our work
If you ask for the SOP template, we use your details to:
- Send you the template, and keep a page where you can download it again
- Send a short email course on putting it to work, then occasional practical emails related to our work
- Stop sending you emails about a toolkit once you own it
If you make a purchase, we use your details to:
- Deliver the digital products you have bought
- Send essential information about your purchase, such as file or access changes
- Meet our legal and tax obligations
If you give feedback, we use your answers to improve the toolkits and the emails that come with them, and, if you agreed, to email you about what you wrote. Feedback is never published or used as a review.
3. Legal basis for processing
For the mailing list and the SOP template emails, our legal basis under UK GDPR is consent. You give consent when you submit the sign-up form, and you can withdraw it at any time (see Your rights below).
For purchases, our legal basis is contractual necessity. We process your data to fulfil the agreement made when you buy a product, and to meet related legal obligations.
For feedback, our legal basis is legitimate interests: improving the products you have bought. Giving feedback is optional, and you can ask us to delete your answers at any time.
4. Who we share data with
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the site, process payments, send email, and provide account sign-in and our online diagnostic:
- Cloudflare hosts the site and runs our accounts, checkout and file delivery (Workers, D1 and R2). See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
- Stripe securely processes payments and may collect personal data as part of a transaction. On our product pages, Stripe also shows the payment options available to you, and in doing so collects information about how you interact with that display, including through cookies and your IP address, to provide the service and prevent fraud. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
- ZeptoMail (Zoho) delivers our transactional and mailing-list emails on our behalf. See Zoho’s privacy policy.
- Brevo sends the SOP template course and our practical emails, holds that email list, and handles unsubscribes. It also sends a purchase email on our behalf if ZeptoMail is unavailable. See Brevo’s privacy policy.
- Google provides the optional “Sign in with Google” option for portal accounts, and the optional “Save to Drive” button on your toolkits page. The first time you use that button, Google asks your permission for our site to add files to your Drive. That permission covers only the files our site saves there: we cannot see, open or change anything else in your Drive. The file goes from your browser straight into your Drive, and the access Google grants stays in your browser while the page is open; it is never sent to or kept by us. You can remove the permission at any time in your Google Account, under third-party connections. Pages carrying the button load a script from Google. ProsperNet’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. See Google’s privacy policy.
- ScoreApp runs our optional online diagnostic and collects the answers you enter there. See ScoreApp’s privacy policy.
We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
5. Data security
We follow industry-standard practices to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorised access.
6. Data retention
We keep your data only as long as necessary to:
- Operate the mailing list while you remain subscribed
- If you signed up for the SOP template, unsubscribed and never bought anything, we delete your sign-up record about three months after you unsubscribe. Brevo keeps your address on its block list, which is what stops us emailing you again.
- Deliver and support any purchase you have made
- Meet legal or tax requirements
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access, correct or delete your data
- Request a copy of your data (data portability)
- Withdraw consent at any time, including unsubscribing from the mailing list
Every email from our mailing lists carries a one-click unsubscribe link. To exercise any of the other rights, or if you would rather ask us to unsubscribe you, please use the contact form and we will action it promptly.
8. Updates to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If a change materially affects your rights or how we use your data, we will let subscribers know by email and post the updated policy here with a revised effective date.
