Prospernet Solutions Limited ("we", "our" or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information in connection with our website, mailing list and digital products.
1. Information we collect
When you join our mailing list, we collect:
- Your first and last name
- Your email address
- Basic information about how you reached our sign-up form, such as the referring site or campaign link, so we understand where our audience comes from
When you purchase a product, we also collect:
- Your name and email address
- Purchase information through Stripe. We do not access or store your card details.
2. How we use your information
If you join the mailing list, we use your details to:
- Tell you when products and the wider site become available
- Send occasional updates and practical material related to our work
If you make a purchase, we use your details to:
- Deliver the digital products you have bought
- Send essential information about your purchase, such as file or access changes
- Meet our legal and tax obligations
3. Legal basis for processing
For the mailing list, our legal basis under UK GDPR is consent. You give consent when you submit the sign-up form, and you can withdraw it at any time (see Your rights below).
For purchases, our legal basis is contractual necessity. We process your data to fulfil the agreement made when you buy a product, and to meet related legal obligations.
4. Who we share data with
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the site, process payments, send email, and provide account sign-in and our online diagnostic:
- Cloudflare hosts the site and runs our accounts, checkout and file delivery (Workers, D1 and R2). See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
- Stripe securely processes payments and may collect personal data as part of a transaction. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
- ZeptoMail (Zoho) delivers our transactional and mailing-list emails on our behalf. See Zoho’s privacy policy.
- Google provides the optional “Sign in with Google” option for portal accounts. See Google’s privacy policy.
- ScoreApp runs our optional online diagnostic and collects the answers you enter there. See ScoreApp’s privacy policy.
We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
5. Data security
We follow industry-standard practices to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorised access.
6. Data retention
We keep your data only as long as necessary to:
- Operate the mailing list while you remain subscribed
- Deliver and support any purchase you have made
- Meet legal or tax requirements
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access, correct or delete your data
- Request a copy of your data (data portability)
- Withdraw consent at any time, including unsubscribing from the mailing list

We may update this policy from time to time. If a change materially affects your rights or how we use your data, we will let subscribers know by email and post the updated policy here with a revised effective date.
