These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at prospernetsolutions.com and any digital product purchased from Prospernet Solutions Limited ("we", "our" or "us"). By using the website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products and licensing

ProsperNet Solutions publishes a set of digital toolkits for operational work. Each toolkit pairs a guide with its working worksheets. The current toolkits are Decision Clarity, Demand Discovery, Repeatable Operations and Revenue Clarity, available individually or together as the Operator Bundle. Your purchase grants you a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal or internal business use.

You may:

• Use and adapt the worksheets and workflows for your own work
• Share materials with internal collaborators as needed for that work

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense or redistribute any part of a product
• Share public or external links to the downloadable files
• Copy or reproduce a product for public or external use

2. Cancellation and refunds

Our products are digital and are made available as soon as your purchase completes. By purchasing, you agree to immediate access and acknowledge that the statutory right to cancel no longer applies once a product has been accessed or downloaded. Your statutory rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed content are unaffected. Full details are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Access and delivery

Products are delivered digitally through your ProsperNet Solutions account. After purchase, you can sign in to access and download your toolkit files. Please keep your account details safe. If you have any difficulty accessing a purchase, contact us and we will arrange access.

4. AI disclaimer

Some content is produced or supported with the help of AI. We cannot guarantee its accuracy or suitability for every situation. The worksheets and prompts should be reviewed and adapted to your own context before you rely on them.

5. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, a product, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
